Textile industry production slides due to gas crisis

KARACHI: Persistent gas outages have resulted in severe loss in production to textile industry which was supposed to be provided with incentives so as to make best use of Christmas season.
Government remains unable to provide a comprehensive gas load management plan acceptable to all stakeholders and which remains consistently in operation.
