ISLAMABAD: Amid fears of low expected earnings from the customers against heavy investment on infrastructure, cellular operators are reluctant to launch new technology on their networks.
The 3G/4G license is expected to cross the value of 2G prices if different investors participate in the bidding and drive the price high because number of license are less than the expected bidding companies.
