Urea prices up

KARACHI: Breaking the trend, it is Fauji Fertilizer Company (FFC) rather than ENGRO which has initiated the price hike this time, raising urea prices by Rs 50 per bag (net Rs 43 per bag).
The gas prices for the fertilizer sector of Pakistan has now swelled to Rs 313/mmbtu, a massive increase of 207 percent. The new gas prices implemented from the first official day of the New Year (today).
