ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's trade deficit narrowed to $1.48 billion in July from $1.51 billion a year earlier, the Federal Bureau of Statistics said on Thursday.
The trade deficit was $1.43 billion in June.
Exports increased to $2.2 billion in July, from $1.72 billion a year ago, according to the bureau. Imports totalled $3.6 billion in July, up from $3.23 billion in July last year. -Reuters
