MULTAN: Over one million cotton bales are likely to be affected by rains in the country during the current monsoon season.
According to executive member of Trade organization for Pakistani Cotton Ginners and processors association (PCGA), Ahsan ul-Haq, this situation would substantial jack up international cotton prices.
He feared that persisting wet spell in south Punjab and Sindh may cause reduction in cotton produce across the country. -APP
