FBR plans to exempt petroleum distributors from WHT

ISLAMABAD: Under the provisions of clause (a) of sub-section (1) of section 153 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) might allow exemption of withholding tax, to petroleum distributors against received payments on petroleum products supply, reveals the news report published in Daily Business Recorder on Thursday.
