Unilever Pakistan declares Closing Period

KARACHI: Unilever Pakistan Ltd has declared the "Closed Period" from December 22, 2011 to February 10, 2012 in a notice issued to Karachi Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
Unilever Pakistan Ltd Board of Directors meeting will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2012 to consider such proposals and actions as may be deemed appropriate, based on financial results for the year January to December, 2011.
