Cotton: Prices down over higher production

KARACHI: Despite the flood devastation and temporary disruption on supply side, the arrival of cotton bales in the country witnessed a leap of 15.47 percent to 9.65 million tons bales as on Dec 01, 2011, according to data released by Pakistan Cotton Ginner Association (PCGA).
