FDI shrinks by 63.6pct

KARACHI: The bleak global economic outlook and the security concerns in the Pakistan have been keep dragging the foreign investment downwards.
During the first six months of the financial year (Jul-Dec), the foreign investors kept themselves away from this region and the net foreign Investment shrunk by significant 63.6 percent, according to the latest statistics released by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP).
