Liquidity Hampers Further Relaxing Key Policy Rate

State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has been successful in decreasing policy rate during past six months. Inflation statistics in December reveals that it is still following the downward trend and stood at 9.7 % YOY from 10.2 % YOY in November 2011.
