Updated website mandatory for all SECP listed companies

ISLAMABAD: Security Exchange and Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has declared that all listed companies should be required to maintain a functional website which was an initiative aimed at providing investors with cost-effective, easy access to information.
According to a statement issued here on Tuesday, the SECP has approved notification for mandatory requirements for listed companies to have a functional website.
