Automobile sector potential to grow: EDB

ISLAMABAD: A spokesman of the Engineering Development Board (EDB) on Monday said the automobiles market has great potential to grow if the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) assemble cost effective and fuel efficient cars for the middle class.
The spokesman in a statement took strong exception to the standpoint of car assemblers that imports were a major factor affecting the local market.
