PTA, mobile industry moves towards a new era

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) and all Cellular Mobile Operators of the country singed a joint framework on Thursday to move forward towards a new era in mobile subscribers’ authentication and authorization.
According to details, the new framework, which is likely to be launched commercially by the end of 1st quarter of 2012, will illumine thereby linking it with already automated Post-Sale procedure called 789.
