Dull trade at cotton market

KARACHI: Pakistan cotton prices remained intact along with thin volumes witnessed on Wednesday due to slow down in world economy which cut down the demand.
The Karachi Cotton Association (KCA) official rates remained unchanged and closed at the level of Rs 5,600 per maund. The rates of seed cotton in Sindh were Rs 1,800 and Rs 2,300, while in Punjab, cotton rates were Rs 2,200 and Rs 2,650 dealers said.
