KARACHI: Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited (ABPL) deployed One View contact centre solution by ZRG to deliver efficient services and enhance customer experience by offering convenience and flexibility to all customers, mentioned in a press release.

One View solution has given Al Baraka the functionality for self-service phone banking, call recording, supervisory monitoring and reporting in addition to skills-based routing. Bank selected dialogic power media technology to improve customer service and increase productivity.
